Dear Nature at the Brighton Festival
We're delighted to announce that our book Dear Nature by John Newling has been translated into a musical score for this years Brighton Festival alongside Reece Straws film adaption of the book. Now, in a thought-provoking co-commission by Brighton Festival, composers Sally Beamish and Lisa Heute have linked a selection of the letters from Dear Nature creating a series of pieces for solo cello. The performance is contrasted with the mesmerising film adaption of the book by Reece Straw.
